Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is entered into by and between The Posture Co. and the Client Purchasing through this webste,
hereinafter referred to as the "Client"
 
1. Scope of Services
1.1 The Posture Co. agrees to provide postural and ergonomic assessments for the Client as outlined in this proposal

1.2 Assessments can be conducted either in person by a member of The Posture Co team or conducted remotely via the use of the remote screen connect mobile app. Assessments completed in person by a member of The Posture Co. team will be subject to further costs for time spent and travel.

1.3 The Client understands that there are basic requirements for connection to and use of the mobile app: Android devices need to be running Android version 13 or later. iOS devices must be iPhone 8 or later.

1.4 The Posture Co. will provide professional postural analysis of the uploaded photos and provide the individual with both a PDF report and detailed video report with recommendations for improvement.

1.5 The Posture Co. will provide personalised recommendations for each individual, including but not limited to alterations to current ergonomic placement of screens, chairs, desk height, mouse position and other accessories.

1.6 We will provide postural advice and design a personalised corrective exercise program to address the specific postural distortions identified. Access to this program is via a free account created with WebExercises.com

1.7 The Posture Co. will conduct the analysis and provide recommendations within 7 days of receiving images from the Client

1.8 Follow up assessments are to be conducted at a mutually agreed upon date in the future. No later than 12 weeks from the initial assessment.'

2. Limitation of Liability
2.1 The Posture Co. provides advice and recommendations based on the information provided by the Client. It is expressly understood that The Posture Co. is not liable for any workplace issues, injuries, or suffering experienced by the employees of the Client.

2.2 The Posture Co is not responsible for ensuring that the recommendations provided are implemented by the Client. The responsibility for implementing and adhering to the recommendations lies solely with the Client.

2.3 The information and recommendations included in the reports are general in nature and for informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. The Client agrees to consult with their healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or wellness program.

2.4 It is not possible for The Posture Co. to understand the full extent of an individual’s personal circumstance or medical condition. Recommendations are based on ergonomic and postural considerations only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. The Customer agrees to take full responsibility for their health and well-being during and after the provision of services by The Posture Co. This includes following any recommendations, modifications, or instructions provided by The Posture Co.

3. Confidentiality
​3.1 All information provided by the Client, including but not limited to email, phone number and assessment results, will be treated as confidential by The Posture Co. We will not disclose any information about the Client without prior written consent, except as required by law.
