FAQ

Why do I need this?

In a study conducted by the Australian Chiropractors Association in 2023 found that had 87% of people experienced 12 specific types of neck/back pain or injuries ‘while at work or as a result of working’.  And working from a computer was the leading cause of the top 4 biomechanical injuries (low back pain, mid back, neck and tension/cervicogenic headaches).

Another study also suggested that when compared to work from the office 39% of people working at home reported stronger lower back pain, 45% reported stronger neck pain and 27% more arm/hand pain.

This assessment is designed to optimise your remote workplace to maximize efficiency, comfort, productivity and well-being. In the context of a home office, prioritizing ergonomics is crucial for preventing discomfort and long-term health issues.
